Spay & Neuter Program
Helping Pets. Supporting Families. Strengthening Our Community.
Spaying and neutering helps prevent unwanted litters before they happen, which plays a critical role in reducing the number of animals entering shelters and rescues. We know access to veterinary care isn’t always easy - thats why we’re here to help.
The EARS Spay & Neuter Assistance Program helps eligible families access spay or neuter surgery for their pets at no cost, working together to reduce pet overpopulation and ease the ongoing strain on local rescues, shelters, and community resources.
Approved applicants receive spay or neuter surgery at no cost.

The Numbers You Need to Know
Preventing unwanted litters before they happen is one of the most effective ways to reduce strain on pet owners, shelters, and rescues. A single unspayed pet — and their offspring — can quickly contribute to overcrowding, limited resources, and difficult outcomes for families and animals alike.
Spay and neuter programs focus on prevention, helping keep pets healthier, reducing the number of animals entering shelters, and allowing rescues to focus their time, funding, and care on animals who truly need intervention.
“Spay and neuter is the most effective way to stop pet homelessness.”
What E.A.R.S. Covers
